Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions page! This is where we will be answering all of the most common questions we receive from our clients. Event planning requires a lot of attention to detail and ability to keep multiple balls in the air, so we like to support the people we work with any way we can. How long do we get the rentals? 

Our standard rental rates are based on a rental period of 3-days.  We do offer extended rental periods if needed, please contact us for rate details.

When should I place my order?

It is always best to place your order as soon as possible so your items are secure for your event, giving you one less things to worry about.  We take no money down and you have up to 7 days prior to your delivery or will call date to cancel with no penalty charges. 

Do I need to clean my rental items? 

China, glassware, utensils and food preparation equipment should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers as delivered. A cleaning fee will be assessed on all items not meeting the above conditions. Silver must NOT be put through the dishwasher. BBQ’s must be empty and cleaned to prevent additional cleaning fees.

Linen must be shook out of all food and debris then placed in the linen bag provided. Please make sure all linen is dry before placed in bag if linen is molded there will be a replacement charge.

When do we pay for our rental items?

We will run payment in full 48 hours prior to your delivery or your will call date.

What if I have damaged items upon return?

We offer a non refundable damage waiver fee of 10% of your rentals this will cover any breakage or damage to items. All broken or damaged items must be returned to be covered by the waiver. Missing items will not be covered and the replacement cost will be charged.  If you choose to decline the damage waiver, full replacement cost plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file for your order.
