requires a valid credit card upon reservation. A verification
hold (not a charge), will be placed on this card prior to your
event. The card will not be charged until all items are
returned.
Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or
damaged items and full replacement cost will be accessed.
There is no refund for unused equipment once it
is picked up or delivered to event site.
Our rentals are tax free.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available for an additional charge. Rates
are based on curbside delivery and pickup and will vary based
upon location. With advance notice, other options are available
for an additional charge. Please inquire at the time of
your reservation.
Cleaning
China, glassware, utensils and food preparation
equipment should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers
as delivered.
Silver must not be put through dishwasher. Linens must be returned
free of debris, decorations and dry to prevent mildew. A
cleaning fee will be assessed on all items not meeting the above
conditions.
Cancellations
Cancellation or reduction of items on a reservation
must be made (7) days prior to the customer pick-up / delivery
date of the items or it will result in a cancellation fee of
50% of the rental items and 100% for linen. Reservations canceled
within 24 hours of the above mentioned reservation dates will
result in 100% cancellation fee for all items.
