Our standard rental rates are based on a rental period of 3-days. Weekend rates are based Fri-Mon. We do offer extended rental periods if needed, please contact us for rate details.
Party, Tents & Events requires a valid credit card upon reservation. A verification hold (not a charge) will be placed on this card prior to your event. The card will not be charged until all items are returned.
The customer is responsible for all rented items from the time they are loaded or delivered to the customer until the time they get picked up or returned to the warehouse.
Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or damaged items and full replacement cost will be accessed.
There is no refund for unused equipment once it is picked up or delivered to the event site.
Our rentals are tax free.
China, glassware, utensils and food preparation equipment should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers as delivered. A cleaning fee will be assessed on all items not meeting the above conditions. Silver must NOT be put through the dishwasher. BBQ’s must be empty and cleaned to prevent additional cleaning fees.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup is available for an additional charge. Rates are based on curbside drop of your order, which is a reasonable distance from our delivery vehicle. Our crew will leave items stacked in a single location outside and all items are required to be stacked and returned to that location for pickup unless prior setup, strike or portage arrangements have been made. With advance notice, other options such as stairs, specified delivery times or portage are available for an additional charge.

Our standard delivery window is 3-4 hours and will be available to the customer 2-days prior to your scheduled delivery/pickup. If rental items are not available at the time the PTE crew is at the site, additional fees may apply to reschedule.
Linens must be returned in the provided laundry bag, free of debris, decorations and air-dried to prevent mildew. There is no refund for unused linen once it is picked up or delivered to your event site. Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or damaged linen and full replacement cost will be accessed.
Reductions or Cancellations
Cancellation or reduction of items on a reservation must be made (7) days prior to the customer pickup date or the delivery date of items or it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental items and 100% for linen. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the above mentioned reservation dates will result in 100% cancellation fee for all items.
